I needed to upgrade my business phone. And went to this T-Mobile location.
Service was great - the representative knew what he was talking about and made me feel comfortable with upgrading my device. The manager seemed like she lacked a sense of urgency (and she was pushing my representative to upsale some add-ons… not cool that she was being so intrusive - and I only ended up getting a protective case and new plug).
Device and accessory options are plentiful and current… and well-priced.
Aside from a bully-ish manager, my experience was good and the upgrade went very smoothly.
If you have to upgrade your iPhone and your carrier is T-Mobile, I definitely recommend this store.
