I am a long time Costco member and was inquiring about a new phone service at the T-Mobile kiosk inside the store. Erica, the location manager for T-Mobile, went above and beyond in friendly service and service knowledge as well as helping me select a new phone. She nimbley and politely assisted other customers at the aame time she was setting up my new service. I was taking advantage of the new promotional phone and home Internet deals they had in conjunction withthe Costco deals.
I was nothing short of impressed with the results. Erica did an exceptional job in the sale and next steps for the total setup of my purchase. Stop by and see Erica and her sales force with all the current deals!
