I thought based on the information I got from another T-Mobile store that I needed a new Apple Watch. The one I had had gone bad after five years. The Apple Store I stopped at yesterday on Hitt Road in Idaho Falls did not have a watch and referred me to the grand Teton Mall. I came here to the mall, and I guess the store manager Cam, showed me my options for watches. He then fooled around with my watch for a moment as I was waiting to purchase a new watch and my Watch apparently rebooted. I was prepared to buy a new watch, but I am a creature of habit. I’m very happy with my watch, I told him I did not want to beat him out of the sale, but I sure would like to keep the watch I have. He was very gracious and helpful, I’m so happy my watch continues to run. My watch does need replaced. I will definitely be coming back here to the grand Teton Mall and hunt down. Cam, To purchase another watch. I love my Apple Watch, I’m very pleased with the customer service at this store. I would recommend it to anyone. View on Google

These guys rock! Visiting family from out of state & has my phone die on me, I use my phone for my primary work daily so couldn’t be without! I went and they did a hard reset fixed the problem and wouldn’t take my money! Hard to find awesome customer service like that! 10/10 recommend View on Google
