I was in Charleston, SC and found that my power supply wasn't working. I called the store and spoke to J.P. and explained my problem. He was more than happy to help me, and told me they could definitely help. That they did! I made my way there about 30 minutes later and I walked out with a replacement in hand. The guys in the store were helpful and knowledgeable...and the nicest people I've dealt with. Kudo's to T-Mobile...and especially this store!
