Two different days with two different customer service. Went in to Tmobile on Sunday, 4/21/24; though they were almost closing, I did not get welcomed. And what they told me could not be done I was able to do today. Thanks to Jonathan and Naziah. These two employees are the most customer friendly, and most knowledgeable I have ever met. Though Naziah was hungry and needed a break, she stood with me all the time. I had to keep telling her to go eat while transferring information one phone to the other. Please make sure you keep these two employees. They are rare comodities. It was a joy being at Tmobile today. View on Google

Jonathan is the man. Two months in a row he has been the one coming through for me even when the manager wouldn't (too busy on her own phone). Great attitude (unlike the manager who seemed like she didn't want to be bothered), very knowledgeable, and gets results when others don't care. I just joined T Mobile, and would have just as quickly left, if it wasn't the help and knowledge from this young man. Management should feel extremely lucky to have this young man on their staff.
