Today, Dunovan (sorry if it's not the right spelling) helped my father and I in getting our internet situation taken care of. Long story short, the internet service wasn't what we wanted, so Dunovan helped us to get it cancelled properly and our router sent back in to Tmobile. We still have cell service through Tmobile and have been happy with that. Anyway, Dunovan was helpful, patient, and kind. Thank you for all your help, if you are reading this, Dunovan!
