How many video streams can I watch at the same time?

A maximum of 3 concurrent streams is available for TVision LIVE
A maximum of 2 concurrent streams is available for TVision VIBE
A maximum of 3 concurrent streams is available for TVision CHANNELS

The Cloud DVR will still record when the maximum concurrent streams are met. If you subscribe to any combination of services, e.g. TVision LIVE and TVision VIBE and/or TVision CHANNELS, you will get a maximum of 3 concurrent streams. Note: streaming is defined as watching any kind of TV program including live, on demand, Cloud DVR, or streaming—this doesn't include users navigating/exploring the app. Customers will only be able to watch multiple TVs simultaneously while within the same home.

What is the TVision HUB device?

How do I set up TVision HUB?

You can set up TVision HUB by following these steps:

To connect to your TV, plug your TVision HUB into any open HDMI port.
Plug the USB cable provided (small end) into the TVision HUB and plug the adapter into a power outlet or an available USB input on your TV.
If your TVision HUB doesn't receive power from your TV's USB input, or if your TV doesn't have a USB input, plug the USB cable provided (small end) into the TVision HUB, and plug the adapter into a power outlet.
Open the back of the remote and insert the batteries.
Follow the on-screen instructions to pair your remote.
Follow the instructions on your screen to finish setup (including connecting to your home Wi-Fi) and device activation.

Can I use my voice assistant to interact with TVision HUB? Will it also work with the TVision app within TVision HUB?

Yes, TVision HUB remote features a built-in microphone and dedicated Google Assistant button that allows users to search for content, select a channel, as well as viewing and setting Cloud DVR recordings. The Google Assistant on TVision HUB also supports traditional voice assistant features such as searching, reminders, and smart home device control.
