What is the One Year of ViX+ On Us offer?

Starting August 11, 2022 active T-Mobile and Sprint postpaid customers on a qualifying rate plan can claim a year of ViX+ ON US, just for being our customer!

Who is eligible?

Active T-Mobile and Sprint postpaid consumer voice wireless, Home Internet customers (including T-Mobile for Business w/ SSN) customers on eligible voice plans qualify for a year of ViX+ ON US.

Not Eligible: T-Mobile Prepaid, Mobile Internet only, Business accounts without an SSN or with more than 12 voice lines (corporate or government) accounts are not eligible for ViX+ ON US.

What plans are eligible for this offer?

I’m an existing ViX+ (with premium content) subscriber, how do I redeem this offer?

ViX requires you to not be in an active paid subscription status in order to redeem this offer. To redeem this offer, you will need to cancel your current paid ViX+ subscription, wait until the end of your billing cycle, and then follow these instructions to redeem your offer:

  4. Fill in your personal details and continue.
  5. Once on the Thanks page, click Redeem you ViX+

You can also sign up with a new email and account and redeem your offer today, but you will not retain any of you prior account history. Find your subscription information and bill cycle date in your account profile.

Will I be able to combine this offer with any other ViX+ subscription offers?

This offer can be combined with the ViX+ 7-day trial.; however, this offer does not stack with other ViX+ coupon/code offers.

Will I be able to combine this offer with any other T-Mobile streaming offers?

Yes! If you are on a qualifying plan, you can combine ViX+ ON US with any of our current streaming offers. Speak to an Expert to see what else you qualify for.

Will I have to provide my credit card information to sign up for One Year of ViX+ ON US?

You are not required to provide billing information at the time you sign up for your ViX+ account. Your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of your year ON US, and you may be prompted to add a debit or credit card in order to continue your ViX+ subscription. Make sure you have logged into your account directly in order to add payment method. Neither T-Mobile nor ViX+ would ask you to enter payment method directly outside your account. For any payment method related questions contact the ViX Help Center at https://ayuda.vix.com/hc/es-mx.

How long do I have to redeem the code with ViX+?

Once you've received your unique URL via promotions.t-mobile.com/VIX, you will have 30 days to redeem your offer on the ViX+ platform. Your offer period begins once you redeem on the ViX+ platform.

What if my redemption code didn’t work? Who do I contact?

If you’re having trouble obtaining your redemption link or have questions about your eligibility, T-Mobile customers can dial 611 from your handset or call 1-800-937-8997. Sprint branded customers call 1-888-211-4727.

What if I have questions about ViX+ service or experience issues with ViX+?

Can I use my ViX+ account outside of the United States?

As a ViX+ subscriber, you can stream ViX+ in the United States (includes Puerto Rico), Mexico, and the rest of Latin America (excluding Brazil). Content may vary by the country you are currently streaming in.
