You can use an Android, iOS, smart TV, or game console to add Paramount+ (excludes T-Mobile Business accounts and accounts with only Home Internet lines).
### Before getting started, make sure that:
- You have a [T-Mobile ID](https://www.t-mobile.com/support/account/set-up-and-manage-your-t-mobile-id).
- You are a Primary Account Holder (PAH) or Authorized User.
- You do not already have a Paramount+ feature added to your account.
### Paramount+ existing or new account notes
- If you already have a Paramount+ account, make sure the correct information auto-populates during the activation process.
- If you don't have a Paramount+ account, you can create one during the activation process.
- If you already have a Paramount+ subscription (purchased outside of T-Mobile) you'll need to cancel your existing subscription to activate your subscription with T-Mobile.
- If you have an iOS device and purchased your Paramount+ subscription through an iOS device, cancel your subscription from the Apple App Store.
- Be sure to log out of the Paramount+ app or website on your device.
- You'll need to wait until your current bill cycle with Paramount+ ends before you can activate your subscription with T-Mobile.
### Add or check activation status via T Life
If you receive the ‘Cannot add via app” message, you can still use T-Mobile.com to make the change. For more details, go to the [Manage your plan page](https://nam02.safelinks.protection.outlook.com/) where you can find information about managing your settings and preferences.
01. Access T Life on your device.
02. Select __Manage__ > __See plans__.
03. Choose __Manage add-ons__.
04. In the __Services__ section, select __Paramount+__ __Essential__ or with __Paramount+ Premium®__, then choose __Continue__.
05. Choose __Change Date__ to select a start date for your pass. If you don't change the date, it will start __immediately__.
06. Select __Agree & Submit__.
07. When the Activation Hub displays, select a Paramount+ service to activate.
08. Select __Start Activation__. A text message will be sent to the PAH to confirm the addition of the feature to the account, and a registration link is sent to the designated line.
09. Once the Paramount+ page launches, select __Activate Paramount+__.
10. On the next page, sign in with your Paramount+ account email address into the field that appears (you can use *Forgot email?* if you forget it) and select __Next__.
- If you don't have a Paramount+ account, choose __Create account__ and follow the steps to create a Paramount+ account.
11. Enter your password (you can use *Forgot password?* if you forgot it) and select __Next__.
12. Select the __checkbox__ to allow T-Mobile to access your subscription and then choose __Continue__.
13. On the “Thank you for signing up” page, choose the appropriate link to __download the Paramount+ app__.
### Add or check activation status via T-Mobile.com

04. Select __Continue__ > on the Review your order page, choose __Agree & Submit__.
05. When the Activation Hub displays, select a Paramount+ service to activate.

### Activate via Text message (SMS)
When you add Paramount+ to your account, a Paramount+ activation text message is sent immediately to your account so you can activate your service.
1. Select the link in the text message and log in to T-Mobile using your [T-Mobile ID](https://www.t-mobile.com/support/account/set-up-and-manage-your-t-mobile-id).
2. Select the __checkbox__ to agree to the Terms & Conditions and then choose __Start Activation__.
3. When the browser launches the Paramount+ web page, select __Activate Paramount+__.
4. On the next page, sign in with your Paramount+ account email address into the field that appears (you can use *Forgot email?* if you forget it) and select __Next__.
- If you don't have a Paramount+ account, choose __Create account__ and follow the steps to create a Paramount+ account.
5. Enter your password (you can use *Forgot password?* if you forgot it) and select __Next__.
6. Enter the designated line mobile number.
7. On the “Thank you for signing up” page, choose the appropriate link to __download the Paramount+ app__.

- Your subscription is managed through T-Mobile.
- T-Mobile acts as the method of payment for your Paramount+ membership each month.
- If you remove Paramount+ from your account, T-Mobile will immediately stop being your method of payment.
- If you have problems with your subscription or wish to manage your subscription go to the [T-Mobile login](https://account.t-mobile.com/signin/v2/) page.
- To manage the Paramount+ subscription, go to __Manage add-ons__.

### Canceling
- __If you cancel your T-Mobile account__: You will immediately lose your Paramount+ subscription. T-Mobile will no longer be your Paramount+ method of payment and you will need to subscribe to Paramount+ directly to start a new subscription.
- __If you cancel your Paramount+ subscription through T-Mobile__: The cancellation can be future-dated or immediate and you will still have access to your service to the end of the billing cycle (If you cancel your existing 12-month promotion, your subscription will be canceled immediately).
Log in to T-Life, T-Mobile, or [contact T-Mobile customer service](https://www.t-mobile.com/contact-us) to remove Paramount+ from your account.
1. [Log in to T-Mobile.com](https://account.t-mobile.com/signin/v2/) using your [T-Mobile ID](https://www.t-mobile.com/support/account/set-up-and-manage-your-t-mobile-id).
2. Select __View Account__ > __Shared Add-ons__ > __Manage add-ons__.
3. Deselect the Paramount+ feature and choose __Continue__.
4. On the Review your order page, select __Agree & submit__.
