What is Netflix ON US?

Netflix Basic is one screen (valued up to $9.99/mo) and included at no additional cost on the following plans: any Go5G™ or Magenta® plan with two or more lines, any Go5G Next, Go5G Plus™ or Magenta® MAX single line plan, including Military, 55+, and First Responder plans.

Netflix Standard is two screens within a household (valued up to $15.59/mo.) and included at no additional cost on the following plans: any Go5G Next, Go5G Plus™ or MAX plan with two or more lines.

Who can get it?

You need to have two or more lines of any type of Go5G™ or Magenta® plan, or you need to have at least one line of Go5G Next, Go5G Plus™ or Magenta® MAX plan to be eligible for the Netflix ON US . The type of Netflix subscription you’re eligible to receive on us, depends on your T-Mobile plan. Check out in-store materials for specifics in your state. Activation required. Existing Netflix subscribers can take advantage of the Netflix ON US benefit if they are eligible.

What Netflix subscription do I get?

Go5G™ and Magenta plans with two or more lines and Go5G Next, Go5G Plus™ and Magenta® MAX plans with a single line are eligible to receive a Netflix Basic (one-screen) full HD subscription on us. Go5G Plus™ and Magenta® MAX plans with two or more lines are eligible to receive a Netflix Standard (two-screen within a household) full HD subscription on us. Discounts may be applied if you’d like to upgrade to another Netflix subscription, such as Netflix Premium. Visit this page for upgrade details.

How do I activate Netflix on my account? What if I already have a Netflix account?

Log into My.T-mobile, select Account, and then select Manage add-ons. On the Manage data and add-ons page, add Netflix in the Services section. T-Mobile pays Netflix directly for you. For customers with an existing Netflix account, it may take one or two Netflix billing cycles for your billing to transfer to T-Mobile.

What if I don't have a Netflix account?

It's no problem. After you opt-in to Netflix ON US, you’ll be prompted to create a Netflix account if you do not have one. This links to your T-Mobile account. T-Mobile will then pay your Netflix Basic or Netflix Standard subscription, depending on your T-Mobile voice plan. If you select a higher tier Netflix plan, you’ll see the upgrade cost included in your T-Mobile bill.

Is Netflix automatically included on my plan? Does it cost extra?

If you have two or more Go5G™ or Magenta® voice lines, or one or more Go5G Next, Go5G Plus™ or Magenta® MAX voice lines, you can get Netflix ON US at no additional cost. To activate, log into My.T-mobile and and then select Manage add-ons. On the Manage data and add-ons page, add Netflix in the Services section.

Can I stream to more devices?

With Netflix Standard you can watch on up to two devices within a household at the same time. With Netflix Premium you can watch up to four devices within a household at the same time. We pay Netflix for your subscription based on your rate plan. Discounts may apply to Netflix streaming plans, like Netflix Premium, and you’ll pay the upgrade cost through your T-Mobile bill.

What if I have a single line at T-Mobile. Can I still get Netflix ON US?

Yes. If you have at least one line of Go5G Next, Go5G Plus™ or Magenta® MAX on your account, you’re eligible for the Netflix ON US benefit.

Will the T-Mobile Netflix ON US Basic plan have ads?

No. Your Netflix ON US Basic one-screen plan will not include ads.

Does Netflix ON US mean Netflix is free at T-Mobile?
