Select the Manage tab > See plans > Manage add-ons, then scroll down to select the streaming benefit you want and click “Continue.”

Continue following the prompts to link an existing account or create a new one and link it to your T-Mobile account.

Got questions about Hulu?

  • Customers on eligible plans can receive Hulu ON US, giving access to next-day TV, original series, thousands of hit shows, movies and more. You can easily manage your subscriptions through your T-Mobile account.

  • Customers on any Experience Beyond and Go5G Next plans are eligible, including those for Military/55/First Responders.

  • If you're a customer on any Experience Beyond or Go5G Next plan, Hulu is automatically included as a plan benefit. Simply follow the steps to redeem your subscription and you’ll be set.

  • If you have an existing Hulu subscription billed through a third party or directly from Hulu, you’ll need to cancel your account and wait until the end of your billing period to redeem this offer.

    As soon as your Hulu subscription becomes inactive (you'll see the exact date on your Hulu Account page), you are ready to redeem Hulu ON US.

    Login to your T-Mobile account in the T-Life app (iOS or Android). Select Manage Tab -> See plans -> Manage Add-ons, then scroll down to select Hulu ON US to add it to your account and click “continue”. From here you will be prompted to complete the redemption through Hulu.

    Please note that no refunds will be provided for subscription fees already paid to Hulu. If you choose to cancel an existing Hulu subscription to redeem this specific offer, you’ll lose any free trials, discounts, or promotional pricing associated with your existing Hulu subscription.

  • Customers on any Experience Beyond or Go5G Next plans that do not have an active Hulu account can login to their T-Mobile account in the T-Life app (iOS or Android). Select Manage Tab -> See plans -> Manage Add-ons, then scroll down to select Hulu ON US to add it to your account and click “continue”. From here you will be prompted to complete the redemption through Hulu.

  • You’re always welcome to upgrade your Hulu subscription, but your Hulu subscription will no longer be complimentary as part of your  plan, and you’ll be responsible for subscription fees resulting from any Hulu plan switch.

  • Hulu gives you access to access to next-day TV, original series, thousands of hit shows, movies and more from the Hulu streaming library.

  • Hulu can be added to a qualified Experience Beyond, Go5G Next plans and All-In Home Internet at the same time. Unique Hulu accounts are required when completing your activation.
