Louisiana Digital IDs are only accepted in Louisiana - No other Digital IDs are accepted - U.S. ID Cards issued by a DMV - U.S. Passport - Note: U.S. Passport Cards are not accepted - U.S. Military ID (active duty, reserve, or retired) - State or Federal Firearms permit with photo - U.S. Territory IDs, including: - American Samoa - Guam - U.S. Virgin Islands - Puerto Rico (must be 21 or older) - Puerto Rico Voter ID with photo - Federally-recognized Tribal ID with photo - IDNYC for New York City residents The following forms of valid (non-expired) photo ID are acceptable with an additional proof of address verification: an original utility bill dated within 60 days (gas, electric, oil, water, cable/satellite TV) - Employment Authorization Document (EAD) issued by U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services - U.S.-Issued Student Visa with college annotation (F1, J1, M1) - U.S. Permanent Resident card # How to get your transfer PIN With recent security measures, having your account number isn’t always enough. Having your temporary Transfer PIN will save time when you join and make transferring your number easier. How to find it: - Your Transfer PIN can be requested from your previous carrier. - It can usually be found in your carrier’s online account settings. - Can’t find it? No problem. Just contact your previous carrier. # Why we want your bill. Your current carrier bill shows us your account number, which makes joining faster. Where to find it: - On your digital or paper bill, your account number can usually be found in the top right corner. - Or, if you have your current carrier’s app, you should be able to access your account number directly in your profile. - Can’t find it? No problem. Just head to your T-Mobile store. # Switching online or in-store? ### Here’s what you’ll need.  ## Account number You can find your account number on one of the following: your paper bill, digital bill, or within your profile on your carrier's app. Why do we want this?  ## Carrier PIN or passcode This is the Temporary Transfer-PIN provided by your previous carrier.
