T-Mobile customers can get their new devices (and accessories!) delivered same day. It’s rolling out in most major cities and expanding to more and will also be available soon for 5G Home Internet. Same day delivery is available to new and existing customers.If same day delivery is available for your device, just select it as the delivery method and pick a delivery window during check out through the
T-Life app. A driver will pick up your device and deliver right to your door. No lines and no hassle. For added security, once your order is placed, we’ll provide you with a delivery code you’ll need to give to your driver to complete your delivery. -
Same day delivery is available in most major cities for all devices in stock at an eligible
T-Mobile store within 20 miles of your delivery address. -
If your order hasn’t arrived by the end of your delivery window, check your
T-Mobile order status tracker for the latest updates. Delivery delays can happen due to weather, safety, traffic, driver or other uncontrollable issues. -

Someone else can accept your delivery as long as they have the unique delivery code required by the driver at pick up. Without this code, the driver will be unable to complete the delivery and will return the item to

Returns and exchanges are supported in the same way as all other
T-Life orders. Customers may return products to the store or contact Customer Care to set up a return order. -
The delivery driver is unable to accept trade-in returns. Customers must use the return ship-kit to send the devices back to
T-Mobile or return their trade-in devices to the store (if eligible). -
