View or cancel an in-home appointment

Keep in mind, changes to appointments can take up to five minutes to display in your Customer Portal.

  1. Log in to your Customer Portal.
  2. Select SERVICE.
  3. Next, choose APPOINTMENTS.
  4. Here, view any scheduled appointments. To cancel an appointment, click the trash icon next to the appointment.
