Ways to pay your T-Mobile bill

Use any of these convenient methods to pay your T-Mobile bill. You can also download past bills from your T-Mobile account.
Online one-time payment
Consumer/postpaid and business accounts with up to 20 lines can save $10 with digital payments by:
- Paying as a guest without logging in, or make a guest payment for someone else.
- Paying online from your T-Mobile account.
- Get your bill and payment options or view and download past bills.
- Make a one-time device payment device payment on your Equipment Installment Plan. For multiple lines, use the gray arrow to view details.
- Using T-Life app to make a payment. Go to the Manage tab.
- Using the View your bill & what’s impacting it page for billing clarification.
- When calling Customer Care, they will walk you through how to use T-Life to make your payment. This will save the $10 payment support fee.

Payment arrangements
Consider a payment arrangement if your account is past due and you need a little extra time to pay your bill.
AutoPay
Never miss a payment with AutoPay. This free service allows you to set up a saved payment method to automatically pay your T-Mobile bill with your bank account, debit, or credit card.

Bill pay from your bank
Using bill pay from your bank is straightforward - provide your bank with the payee details to set up bill pay from your bank account.
- Bill pay is a straightforward service offered by many banks and credit unions that lets you set up bill payments.
- To set up or change bill pay, you can call your financial institution or log in to your bank account online.
- If setting up bill pay for the first time, you may need to add T-Mobile as a provider through your bank.
- Once set up is authorized by you, all scheduled payments will be handled by your bank. If payment issues arise, T-Mobile does not have access to view or modify your scheduled bank payments.
- During the process you'll need to provide the following details:
- T-Mobile account number, which can be located on the Manage tab in T-Life, in your account online, or on your paper bill
- Payee name: T-Mobile
- Payment address:

T-Mobile MONEY
Use your T-Mobile MONEY debit card to make a one-time payment or for AutoPay. If you’re not already receiving the benefits of T-Mobile Money, sign up online at www.T-MobileMoney.com.

In-store
Find a store to make your payment in person.
Save yourself a trip to the T-Mobile store and the $5 payment support charge by using T-Life to make your payment. Upon arriving one of our Mobile Experts will ensure you are T-Life ready and walk you though how to make the payment or set up/manage a payment arrangement on the T-Life app. See Find a store if there is a reason you need to make your payment in person. In-Store payments and payment arrangements completed by a Mobile Expert are charged a Payment Support Charge of $5 plus applicable tax on in-store bill payments.
