01. [Log-in T-Mobile.com](https://account.t-mobile.com/signin/v2/) or the T-Life app.
- In T-Life, select __Shop__ > __Add a line__.
- On T-Mobile.com select __Add a person or device to my account__ in the “I want to…" section.
02. Select your device.
03. Select your color, memory variant, and pricing option, and select __Add to a new line__.
04. Make or review plan selections and select __Add a new line__.
05. Select __Yes, I want to trade in a device__ if you would like to trade in a device. Otherwise, select __No thanks, skip trade-in__.
06. Enter the trade-in device information, to find it dial \*#06# to get your phone's IMEI, or find it in your device's settings, then select __Continue__.
07. Provide information on the condition of your trade-in, then select __Continue__.
08. Select __Trade in this phone__.
09. Select __Continue__ or select __No, I’ll take my chances__ to opt out of insurance.
10. Confirm your order details and pricing, then select __Continue to shipping__.
11. Select your shipping method and review the address section. Edit the address if necessary, then select __Continue to payment__.
12. Enter your payment details and check the __Customer Agreement__ box to confirm consent of the T-Mobile Terms and Conditions, then select __Accept & Continue__.
13. Sign your EIP Equipment Installment Plan agreement if you are financing your device with T-Mobile.
14. Select __Submit order__.

01. Log in to the T-Life app.
02. Select __Shop >__ scroll down and select __Add a line to your account in T-Life__.
03. Choose __Phones__, __Tablets, Smartwatch, Sync Up hotspots & more or Home Internet__ for your new line.
04. Depending on the type of device you want to purchase and activate a new line for:
Choose '__Bring your phone'__
05. Enter the device IMEI to check compatibility.
06. Select __Keep your number__ or __get new number__ and __Continue__.
07. Review your current rate plan pricing and select __Checkout__.
08. Enter Primary place of use address. Only toggle the E911 button if the phone will be used at the entered address.
09. Select __Add payment method__ and choose one of the following:
- Apple Pay
- Credit or debit card
10. Enter your payment details select __Continue__.
11. Review your current rate plan pricing and select __Add to Cart__.
12. Review your cart and select __Checkout__.
13. Enter the address where the line will be used and Select __Confirm Address__.
14. Select the __Customer Agreement__ checkbox to confirm consent of the T-Mobile Terms and Conditions.
15. Select __Order now__.
16. Follow the activation steps in the Order confirmation screen to activate your eSIM.

02. Select __Shop >__ scroll down and select __Add a person or device to my account__.
03. Choose __Phones__, __Tablets, Smartwatch, Sync Up hotspots & more or Home Internet__ for your new line.
04. Depending on the type of device you want to purchase and activate a new line for:
Choose '__Bring your own device'__
05. Enter the device IMEI to check compatibility.
06. Select __Continue__ when you see “Your device needs a physical sim card” __to use a SIM card__. Select "Try another device" if you would like to activate a different device.
07. Select __Ship to me__ or __Pick up in Store__.
08. Review your current rate plan pricing and select __Add to Cart__.
09. Review your cart and select __Checkout__.
10. Enter the address where the line will be used and Select __Confirm Address__
11. Select __Add payment method__ and choose one of the following:
- Apple Pay

12. Enter your payment details select __Continue__.
