Starting August 11, 2022, eligible T-Mobile, Sprint, and Metro customers on a qualifying plan will be able to redeem and get a year of ViX+ ON US!
What can I watch on ViX+?
- ViX+ is a Spanish-language streaming service from TelevisaUnivision, with more than 10,000 hours of original series, exclusive movie premieres, premium and live sports, plus news and entertainment, live or on-demand.
- ViX+ offers a premium streaming experience with more than 70 original movies and series produced for its first year. Check out exclusive ViX+ series like La Mujer del Diablo, Mujeres Asesinas, and Volver a Caer; plus classic telenovelas & dramas such as Marimar, La Rosa de la Guadalupe, blockbuster hit movies like Qué Despadre, El Juego de las Llaves, Presencias and the Salma Hayek-produced film Quiero tu Vida.
- Catch all the LIVE fútbol games of the UEFA Champions League, la Liga MX, exclusive matches from the best leagues in Europe and Latin America, and other top tournaments.
- Enjoy ViX+ on the mobile app or on the web at vixplus.com and on up to 3 devices at a time.
- As a ViX+ subscriber, you can stream ViX+ in the United States (including Puerto Rico), Mexico, and the rest of Latin America (excluding Brazil). Content may vary by the country you are currently streaming in.
What's the difference between ViX and ViX+?
- ViX is a free service that offers more than 100 channels, thousands of your favorite movies, series, soap operas, live sports from the best soccer leagues, and 24/7 news.
- ViX+ gives you all 40,000 hours of content ViX has to offer, plus over 10,000 hours of premium content. You can access exclusive original content of ViX+, all the premieres of movies, series, and the best Fútbol leagues. You can unlock full seasons of shows and enjoy the premiere episodes of TV novellas.
- Due to broadcast rights, a small portion of ViX+ programming will continue to include commercials (ViX channels, events, and a limited number of shows and movies).
Who's eligible?
- Active T-Mobile and Sprint postpaid consumer voice wireless, Home Internet customers (including T-Mobile for Business w/SSN customers) and Metro by T-Mobile customers on eligible voice plans qualify for a year of ViX+ ON US.
- Not eligible: Customers on an ineligible postpaid T-Mobile rate plan (Essentials, Simple Choice, etc.), T-Mobile Prepaid, Mobile Internet only accounts (tablets, laptops, hotspots, watches, etc.), Business accounts with more than 12 voice lines, and Government accounts are not eligible for ViX+ ON US.
- Limit of one ViX+ ON US redemption per account.
- This offer can be combined with the ViX+ 7-day trial, however, it can't be combined with other ViX+ coupons/code offers.

Once you receive your unique URL via the promotions site, you will have 30 days to redeem your offer on the ViX+ platform. Your offer period begins once you've completed redemption through the ViX+ platform.

Redemption code issues
If you are having trouble obtaining your redemption link or have questions about your eligibility:
- T-Mobile customers: Dial 611 from your T-Mobile phone or contact us at 1-800-937-8997.
- Sprint customers: Contact us at 1-888-211-4727.
- Metro customers: Dial 611 from your Metro phone or call 1-888-863-8768.

Billing
- You are not required to provide billing information at the time you sign up for your ViX+ account. Your subscription will not automatically renew at the end of your year ON US, and you may be prompted to add a debit or credit card to continue your ViX+ subscription.
- Make sure you have logged into your account directly to add a payment method. T-Mobile, Sprint, Metro, and ViX would not ask you to enter your payment method directly outside of your account.
