  2. Tap the triple dot menu in the upper right corner of the screen, then tap Sync Contacts.

Use Cellular Fallback (Android only)

To enhance the calling experience, the Cellular Fallback feature allows DIGITS calls to be converted from data to a cellular call to help with missed call concerns (due to delayed/undelivered issues). This is a great option if you get frequent missed calls.

  • If a call is not reaching the DIGITS app, the call is converted and appears in the Phone dialer instead of the DIGITS app.
  • Availability for Android (DIGTIS App version 2.7.0 and above)

Android steps

  1. From the device settings, enable ‘Appear on top / Overlay’:
    1. From the device settings, tap Apps > DIGITS.

  5. Enter the phone number associated with the device (not the DIGITS number) in the popup that appears. A SMS message is sent to the customer’s device.
  6. Enter the PIN sent to the device in the popup that appears. Cellular fallback will be enabled when the PIN is correctly entered.

Use your numbers

When you use DIGITS, SMS/MMS that you send from your device don't show up in the conversation thread in the DIGITS app or the DIGITS website. iOS: Messages sent via iMessage will not sync in the DIGITS app. If you want to see the full conversation of sent and received messages in all instances of DIGITS, use the downloadable DIGITS app on your primary phone to send your outgoing messages. Android: When you get a call from a verified number, you'll see a "Number Verified" pop-up screen.
