Eligible plans & requirements

If you have two or more voice lines on a qualifying Magenta, Magenta Military, Magenta First Responder, Magenta Plus, Magenta Plus Unlimited 55+, T-Mobile ONE, or T-Mobile ONE w/ ONE Plus plan, you get a single screen subscription on your account of Quibi with Us! 

  • We cover up to $4.99 towards the 1-screen Quibi d-supported subscription priced at $4.99 until July 7, 2021.
  • You can watch and download original Quibi shows on one phone at a time.

If your plan isn't listed above, Quibi with us is not available for your plan. Examples of ineligible plans:

  • Discounted T-Mobile ONE Voice for Puerto Rico
  • Magenta Unlimited 55 (Exception: Magenta Plus Unlimited 55 customers are eligible)
  • Mobile Internet plans (including DIGITS, LineLink, and Wearable)
  • No Credit Check
  • Prepaid
  • Single line plans
  • T-Mobile Essentials
  • T-Mobile ONE All In Promo (two lines for $100/$110 tax inclusive)

Add, set up, or redeem Quibi with us

Before getting started, make sure that:

 

Choose an option to add or redeem

 

The T-Mobile App

  1. On your phone, open and log into the T-Mobile app.
  2. Add the Quibi with us feature to your phone line.
  3. Click Agree & Submit to finish adding Quibi with us.
  4. Click Activate Quibi.
  5. Click Claim My Free Offer.
  6. Enter your email address and a password.
  7. Select the year you were born and your gender. Gender options include Male, Female, More.
  8. Select the Terms & Conditions check box and then the > button.

 

Text message (SMS)

You’ll receive a Quibi with us Redemption text message when the service is added to your account.

  1. Tap the link in the SMS and log into the T-Mobile app.
  2. Click Activate Quibi.
  3. Click Claim My Free Offer.
  4. Enter your email address and a password.
  5. Select the year you were born and your gender.
  6. Select the Terms & Conditions check box and then the > button.

 

Quibi with us billing

  • Quibi with us includes one Quibi ad-included streaming subscription per account.
  • Quibi with us cannot be combined with Netflix on Us on the same T-Mobile account.
  • T-Mobile acts as the method of payment for your Quibi subscription each month after you opt in to Quibi with us.
  • If you remove your Quibi feature from your account, T-Mobile will immediately stop being your Quibi method of payment. You will need to set up payment for Quibi directly through your device app store.

  • Adding or removing a Quibi with us feature to your T-Mobile account.
  • T-Mobile billing questions
  • Troubleshooting issues while on the T-Mobile network, such as speeds, or videos that appear to be slow or buffering.
  • Getting the Quibi app to open on your device.
 
Cancelling
 
  • If you cancel your T-Mobile account, you will immediately lose your Quibi benefit. T-Mobile will no longer be your Quibi method of payment.
  • If you want to cancel your Quibi subscription billed through T-Mobile at any time, simply remove the Quibi with us service from your T-Mobile account. To continue Quibi service, you will need to set up payment for Quibi directly through your device app store.
