Pandora is a music streaming service that gives you a personalized listening experience. You can add and bill your Pandora Premium subscription to your T-Mobile account to help simplify and consolidate your wireless and streaming services into a single billing experience.

 

What's included in Pandora Premium? 

Pandora Premium includes:

  • Access to your favorite podcasts
  • Unlimited skips 
  • Ability to replay more tracks
  • Unlimited offline listening in the U.S. 
  • Higher quality audio and longer timeouts over an ad-supported Pandora or Pandora Plus plan

 

Add or redeem Pandora Premium

Before getting started, check that:

  • You are a qualifying customer on an eligible plan (see https://www.t-mobile.com/tv-streaming/pandora-premium-deal for full details and eligibility).
  • You have a T-Mobile ID​.
  • You don't have a Pandora paid subscription account.
    • This offer is not available for existing active Pandora subscribers on a Plus, Premium, Premium Family or Premium Student & Military plan. 
    • If you already have a Pandora paid subscription account, you will see an error when you try to add or redeem this offer.
    • If you are on a Pandora Free (ad-supported) plan, it will be upgraded to Pandora Premium when you add it to your T-Mobile billing.
 
Add or redeem as a T-Mobile postpaid wireless customer
 
If you add the Pandora Premium offer feature to your account from a Retail location or by calling us, a Pandora redemption text message will be sent to you after the feature is added. Skip to step 4 for instructions on completing your activation with Pandora.
  1. Go to www.t-mobile.com/tv-streaming/pandora-premium-deal for full details, eligibility, and to sign up.
  2. Log in to your T-Mobile account using your T-Mobile ID.
  3. Add the Pandora Premium offer feature to your account in Manage Data and Add-ons.
  4. Once you receive your Pandora redemption text message, select the link to finish activating your Pandora subscription. 
  5. If you don't have an existing Pandora account, select Sign Up to create your account, or sign in with your existing Pandora account credentials.
  6. When "Welcome to Pandora" displays, select Start Listening. You will be taken to the Pandora app to start listening to music or to the app store to download the Pandora app. 

 

Pandora subscription & billing

  • Once you add the offer feature to your account, your subscription is managed through T-Mobile.
    • T-Mobile acts as the method of payment for your Pandora subscription each month after any free offer period is complete.
    • If you remove the paid Pandora Premium feature from your account, T-Mobile will immediately stop being your method of payment and you will lose access to your subscription services.
  • After the offer period, the Pandora Premium plan monthly rate will be automatically charged to your T-Mobile account if you do not cancel at least 24 hours prior to the renewal date at the end of your offer period.
    • If you remove your Pandora Premium offer feature during the offer period, your subscription will continue until the end of your offer period.
    • If you cancel the Pandora Premium Trial offer feature, you cannot re-add it to your T-Mobile account, but you can add the paid version of Pandora Premium using the steps to Add or redeem Pandora Premium.
  • If you have problems with your subscription or wish to manage your subscription: 
    • Log in to your T-Mobile account.
    • Go to Manage add-ons, then go to the Cloud storage & backup section.

Cancelling
 
  • If you cancel your T-Mobile account during your 4-month offer period, you will immediately lose access to your Pandora subscription. T-Mobile will no longer be your Pandora method of payment and you will need to subscribe to with Pandora to continue your subscription.
  • When you cancel the Pandora Premium offer feature, you will not be able to re-add it to your T-Mobile account, but you can add the paid version of Pandora Premium using the steps to Add or redeem Pandora Premium.
  • To cancel your Pandora subscription via T-Mobile.com: 
    • Log in with your T-Mobile ID.
    • Under the 'I want to' box, choose Manage add-ons.
    • Select Account and then the phone number associated with your subscription.
    • Select Manage Add-ons and deselect the Pandora feature.
    • Agree to removing the feature and choose Continue.
    • On the Review your order page, select Agree & Submit.
  • To cancel your Pandora subscription in the T-Mobile app:
    1. Select Account > Manage Data and Add-ons.
    2. Deselect the Pandora feature.
    3. Agree to removing the feature and choose Continue.
    4. On the Review your order page, select Agree & submit.
  • If you purchased your subscription directly with Pandora via T-Mobile offer link, you are billed for your Pandora subscription plan directly through Pandora, and you must manage your subscription through the Pandora website.
