Get support for Hulu
- If you need help using Hulu, visit the Hulu Help Center. You can also find steps for Managing a Hulu account billed through T-Mobile.
- If you need to request a refund for any kind of Hulu premium services, this must be handled by Hulu's customer service. Once the service is changed/removed, contact Hulu directly: https://help.hulu.com/s/contactsupport.
Add or redeem Hulu
- When logged in to your account in T-Life or My T-Mobile (on a web browser), you can see what Hulu options are available to you - such as Hulu (With Ads) ON US for Go5G Next or paid subscription options for other plans.
- Only one Hulu plan is available per account but all supported devices can download the Hulu application.
If you have an existing Hulu subscription:
- If you have an existing Hulu subscription billed through a third-party or directly from Hulu, you'll need to cancel your Hulu account and wait until the end of your billing period to redeem the Hulu (with Ads) ON US offer from T-Mobile.
- As soon as your Hulu subscription becomes inactive (you'll see the exact date on your Hulu Account page), you are ready to redeem Hulu ON US.
Follow these steps to add or redeem Hulu:
- Open T-Life and log in to your account as the Primary Account Holder.
- Go tothe Manage tab > See plans > Manage Data & add-ons.
- Scroll down to Services.
- Select a Hulu subscription or ON US option (eligibility may vary based on your plan), then click Continue (at the bottom of the page).
- Review the Order Page and click Agree & submit. You are routed to the Start Activation Page.
- Click Third-Party service terms and click Start Activation. You receive an SMS message with a link.
- Click the link in the SMS.
- Follow the link and complete registration on Hulu's site:
- Enter email address and select Continue.
- Enter password and select log in.
- Fill out additional information and select Save & Continue.
- Start streaming.

Cancelling your subscription
Hulu (Hulu’s ad-supported plan) is included with your plan (for eligible former Sprint customers). However, if you choose to cancel your Hulu plan with T-Mobile, you can do so by going to your Hulu account page.
- Login to your Hulu account
- Click Cancel and follow the steps.
Add Hulu with Live TV to you existing Hulu account
Existing Hulu subscribers can easily make changes to their plan by going to Hulu on a computer or mobile device.
- Visit your Hulu Account page
- Select Manage under Add-ons to adjust your subscription settings.
- To switch your plan, select On/Off next to the plan you want to switch to.
- Confirm your choices by selecting Continue.
Exclusions
Not all of Hulu’s plans are available with your T-Mobile plan. Hulu (No Ads) and Hulu with Live TV and certain premium add-ons are available to add to your account for an additional monthly charge after any trial period. Any other plans or add-ons you may wish to add to your account can be found by going to Hulu. Log in and go to your Account page to manage any additional plans or add-ons. Remember that additional add-ons will not be included with your T-Mobile plan and may result in monthly charges on your T-Mobile bill.
