Google One for T-Mobile is a membership that includes expanded cloud storage, phone backup and extra benefits to help you get more out of Google.
Effective __September 30, 2025__, new Google One enrollment through T-Mobile is no longer available.
Starting __March 31, 2026__, billing and support for Google One will move to Google. To continue accessing and backing up your content, customers must switch to Google billing by this date. After the transition, the 500GB and 2TB + Unlimited Photos & Videos plans will no longer be available. Customers can choose a standard Google One plan that best fits their needs.
For more details, see __Changes to your Google One subscription through T-Mobile.__ To explore recommended plans and all available Google One options, visit the [Google One website](https://www.t-mobile.com).

## [](https://www.t-mobile.com)Changes to your Google One subscription through T-Mobile
Starting __March 31, 2026__, T-Mobile will no longer offer Google One subscriptions. If you currently pay for Google One through T-Mobile, choose one of the following to continue service without interruption:
- [Transfer your subscription to Google](https://one.google.com/upsell/)
- Cancel your subscription. See [Getting support](https://www.t-mobile.com#4).
How to manage your subscription
1. Decide whether to continue or cancel your subscription by __March 31, 2026__. You can transfer your plan to Google to keep your Google One service, or cancel if you no longer want to use it.
2. [Transfer your plan to Google](https://one.google.com/upsell/) if you want to keep your service. Google will guide you through the transfer and recommend plan options based on your current storage use.
3. Take action by __March 31, 2026__, to avoid service interruption. If no action is taken, your Google One subscription through T-Mobile will end, and you’ll need to move your plan directly to Google to regain access to your storage and files.
4. Cancel your plan if you no longer want to use Google One. Canceling Google One will reduce the amount of storage available in your Google Account to 15GB of storage.
5. Your Google Account gives you 15 GB of storage. You use that storage when you send and receive emails in Gmail, back up photos and videos to Google Photos, and create and upload files to Google Drive. If you use all your storage, you may experience interruptions to these services.
How to manage your storage, files, and plan options with Google
1. Keep your files and photos safe by maintaining an active Google One subscription directly with Google. If you cancel your plan, you’ll still have access to your files, but your space will be limited to the 15GB of storage that comes with every Google account.
2. Review plan and pricing differences when transferring your subscription to Google.
- Plan options and pricing may differ from what was offered through T-Mobile.
- When you transfer billing to Google, you can choose a 6-month free trial of Google’s 2TB plan (a $60 value) or select from other available Google One plans.
- After the trial ends, standard Google One pricing applies.
3. Select a new plan based on your current T-Mobile subscription and storage use.
- __500GB plan ($5/month)__
- If your storage use is under 200GB, move to Google’s 200GB plan for $2.99/month.
- If your storage use is over 200GB, reduce files using [Google’s Storage Manager](https://one.google.com/storage/management) and move to the 200GB plan, or upgrade to the 2TB plan with a 6-month free trial, then $9.99/month.
- __2TB plan ($10/month)__
- Move to Google’s 2TB plan with a 6-month free trial, then $9.99/month.
- __2TB + Unlimited Photos & Videos plan__
- If your storage use is under 2TB, move to Google’s 2TB plan with a 6-month free trial, then $9.99/month.
- If your storage use is over 2TB, reduce files using Google’s Storage Manager or upgrade to Google’s 5TB Jumbo plan for $24.99/month.
How to transition your Google One subscription to Google
1. When you’re ready, visit the [Google One website](https://one.google.com/upsell/) to start transferring your subscription.
2. Review your current plan and storage usage shown on Google’s site to make sure the information is correct.
3. Choose the plan Google recommends based on your storage needs, or explore other available Google One options before completing the transfer.
