DIGITS app and web client access

See how using the DIGITS app or web client can affect your bill when you're roaming or calling an international number.

DIGITS app

  • Domestic roaming: Domestic roaming data usage has a 200 MB cap. Above that cap, all apps requiring data, including the DIGITS app, stop working. You can still use the DIGITS app to see messages, voicemail and call histories, but no new information will come in an you can't use any of the DIGITS in the app until you're back in T-Mobile network or Wi-Fi coverage.
  • International roaming: The DIGITS app covers you when roaming internationally. However, slower data speeds may cause intermittent issues. Calls and texts made from the DIGITS app follow the same rules as any cellular phone or text message made internationally.
  • Stateside International Talk & Text (SITT): Each line you use in the DIGITS app follows the rules of that line’s native device. If you have SITT covered on one of your existing lines, it is also covered when using it in the DIGITS app.
