You have a [T-Mobile ID](https://www.t-mobile.com/support/account/set-up-and-manage-your-t-mobile-id "Learn more about T-Mobile ID")​. - You are a Primary Account Holder (PAH). - If you are billed directly by Paramount+, cancel your current subscription first. - If you have an existing Paramount+ subscription billed through a third party, you’ll need to manage your account and wait until the end of your billing period to redeem this offer. - As soon as your Paramount+ subscription becomes inactive, return to your account in T-Life to get the Paramount+ Essential plan ON US. - ### Redeem via the T-Life app Using the T-Life app is the easiest way to redeem your Paramount+ Essential plan ON US benefit. 1. Access the T-Life app on your device. 2. Select __Manage__ > __See plans__. 3. Choose __Manage add-ons__. Make sure that the All-In Home Internet line is chosen at the top. 4. In the __Services__ section, select the __Paramount+__ __Essential plan ON US for Internet__, then choose __Continue__. 5. Review the order page and select __Agree & Submit__. 6. Select __Third-Party service terms__ then __Start Activation__. 7. Complete registration of your new Paramount+ subscription. 8. Start streaming. - ### Redeem via Text message (SMS) or Email When you add the All-In Home Internet plan to your account, a Paramount+ activation text/email message is sent immediately to the PAH from T-Mobile so you can activate your service. An SMS is sent if you have a T-Mobile cell phone and internet plan. An Email notification is sent if you only have T-Mobile internet. 1. Select the link in the SMS/email to sign-in to your T-Mobile account and complete registration of your new Paramount+ subscription . 2. Start streaming. - ### Redeem via T-Mobile.com 1. [Log in to T-Mobile](https://account.t-mobile.com/signin/v2 "Log in to your T-Mobile account").com using your [T-Mobile ID](https://www.t-mobile.com/support/account/set-up-and-manage-your-t-mobile-id "Learn more about T-Mobile ID"). 2. Select __View Account__ > __Shared Add-ons__ > __Manage add-ons__. Make sure that the All-In Home Internet line is chosen at the top. 3. In the __Services__ section, select the __Paramount+__ __Essential plan ON US for Internet__, then select __Continue__. 4. Review the order page and select __Agree & Submit__. 5. Select __Third-Party service terms__ then __Start Activation__. 6. Complete registration of your new Paramount+ subscription. 7. Start streaming. ## Subscription & billing - Your subscription is managed through T-Mobile. - T-Mobile acts as the method of payment for your Paramount+ subscription each month. - If you remove the All-In Home Internet plan or the Paramount+ Essential plan ON US for Internet benefit from your account, T-Mobile will immediately stop being your method of payment. - If you decide to upgrade your Paramount+ subscription, your Paramount+ subscription will no longer be complimentary as part of your qualifying All-In plan, and you’ll be responsible for subscription fees resulting from any Paramount+ plan switching. If you would like to upgrade your Paramount+ subscription you will need to cancel your Paramount+ Essential ON US for Internet subscription through T-Mobile by calling customer care, then subscribe directly with Paramount+ via credit card. - If you have problems with your subscription or wish to manage your subscription, go to the [T-Mobile login](https://account.t-mobile.com/signin/v2 "Log in to your T-Mobile Account") page. - To manage the Paramount+ Essential plan ON US for Internet subscription, go to __Manage add-ons__. - Paramount+ is not available in Puerto Rico ## Subscription & billing ## Getting support If you need support, you'll need to contact either Paramount+ or T-Mobile, depending on the type of help you need. - ### Paramount+ support Visit [https://help.paramountplus.com/s/](https://help.paramountplus.com/s/) for help. - Paramount+ app service troubleshooting (access issues, sync issues, streaming issues, etc.) - Paramount+ account issues/recovery (recover email or password) - Paramount+ product or programming questions - General Paramount+ questions - ### T-Mobile support [Contact T-Mobile](https://www.t-mobile.com/contact-us "Contact T-Mobile")​ if you need help with: - Adding or removing Paramount+ - Basic troubleshooting - Getting a new Paramount+ activation text or email message - T-Mobile plan, billing, & account management - Basic network or hardware troubleshooting - ### Canceling - __If you cancel your T-Mobile account__: You will immediately lose your Paramount+ Essential plan ON US for Internet subscription. T-Mobile will no longer be your Paramount+ method of payment and you will need to subscribe to Paramount+ directly to start a new subscription. - __If you cancel your Paramount+ Essential plan ON US for Internet subscription benefit through T-Mobile__: The cancellation can be future-dated or immediate and you will still have access to your service to the end of the billing cycle. 1. Log in to T-Life or [contact T-Mobile customer service](https://www.t-mobile.com/contact-us "Contact T-Mobile") to remove Paramount+ Essential plan ON US for Internet benefit from your account. 2. Select __Manage__ > __See plans__. 3. Choose __Manage add-ons__. 4. In the __Services__ section, deselect the __Paramount+ Essential plan ON US__ __for Internet__ feature and choose __Continue__. 5. On the review your order page, select __Agree & submit__. As a T-Mobile All-In Home Internet customer in good standing, get Paramount+ on us when you subscribe to a Paramount+ Essential Monthly plan as a new or former Paramount+ subscriber. One claim per eligible line and max of two per account. Open to residents in the 50 United States. Cancel any time, effective at end of billing period. 18+.
