# Hulu ON US for Internet
Hulu (With Ads) is a streaming service included with the All-In Home Internet plan.

## Adding Hulu (With Ads)
Before getting started, make sure that:
- You have a [T-Mobile ID](https://www.t-mobile.com/support/account/set-up-and-manage-your-t-mobile-id "Learn more about T-Mobile ID").
- You are a Primary Account Holder (PAH).
- If you are billed directly by Hulu, cancel your current subscription first.
- If you have an existing Hulu subscription billed through a third party or directly by Hulu, you’ll need to manage your account and wait until the end of your billing period to redeem this offer.
- As soon as your Hulu subscription becomes inactive, return to your account in T-Life to get Hulu ON US for Internet.
- ### Redeem via the T-Life app
Using the T-Life app is the easiest way to redeem your Hulu ON US benefit.
1. Access the T-Life app on your device.
2. Select __Manage__ > __See plans__.
3. Choose __Manage add-ons__. Make sure that the All-In Home Internet line is chosen at the top.
4. In the __Services__ section, select __Hulu (with ads) ON US for Internet__, then choose __Continue__.
5. Review the order page and select __Agree & Submit__.
6. Select __Third-Party service terms__ then __Start Activation__.
7. Complete registration of your new Hulu subscription.
8. Start streaming.
- ### Redeem via Text message (SMS) or Email
When you add the All-In Home Internet plan to your account, a Hulu activation text/email message is sent immediately to the PAH from T-Mobile so you can activate your service. An SMS is sent if you have a T-Mobile cell phone and internet line. An Email notification is sent if you only have T-Mobile internet.
1. Select the link in the SMS/email to sign-in to your T-Mobile account and complete registration of your new Hulu subscription.
2. Start streaming.

2. Select __View Account__ > __Shared Add-ons__ > __Manage add-ons__. Make sure that the All-In Home Internet line is chosen at the top.
3. In the __Services__ section, select __Hulu (with ads) ON US for Internet__, then select __Continue__.
4. Review the order page and select __Agree & Submit__.
5. Select __Third-Party service terms__ then __Start Activation__.
6. Complete registration of your new Hulu subscription.
7. Start streaming.
## Hulu subscription & billing
- Your subscription is managed through T-Mobile.
- T-Mobile acts as the method of payment for your Hulu membership each month.
- If you remove the All-In Home Internet plan or the Hulu ON US for Internet benefit from your account, T-Mobile will immediately stop being your method of payment.
- If you decide to switch your Hulu subscription, your Hulu subscription will no longer be complimentary as part of your qualifying plan, and you’ll be responsible for subscription fees resulting from any Hulu plan switching. If you would like to switch your Hulu subscription you will need to cancel your Hulu ON US for Internet subscription through T-Mobile by calling customer care, then subscribe directly with Hulu.

- To manage your Hulu subscription, go to __Manage add-ons__.

- Adding or removing Hulu

- Basic network or hardware troubleshooting
- ### Cancelling
- __If you cancel your T-Mobile account__: You will immediately lose your Hulu ON US for Internet subscription. T-Mobile will no longer be your Hulu method of payment, and you will need to subscribe to Hulu directly to start a new subscription.
- __If you cancel your Hulu ON US for Internet subscription benefit through T-Mobile__: The cancellation can be future-dated or immediate and you will still have access to your service to the end of the billing cycle.
1. Log in to T-Life or [contact T-Mobile customer service](https://www.t-mobile.com/contact-us "Contact T-Mobile") to remove Hulu ON US for Internet from your account.
2. Select __Manage__ > __See plans__.
3. Choose __Manage add-ons__.
4. In the __Services__ section, deselect the __Hulu (With Ads) ON US for Internet__ feature and choose __Continue__.
5. On the review your order page, select __Agree & submit__.
Offer subject to change. Receive Hulu (With Ads) while you maintain a qualifying All-In Internet line in good standing. One Hulu offer per eligible T-Mobile Internet line. Max 2 redemptions per eligible T-Mobile account; requires eligible e-mail address per redemption. Offer available to new and returning Hulu subscribers only. Use of the Hulu service is subject to the Hulu Subscriber Agreement ([https://www.hulu.com/subscriber\_agreement](https://www.hulu.com/subscriber_agreement "Learn about Hulu subscriber agreement")).
