We now give you two ways to log in to T-Mobile Support. If you only want to keep track of a single login, you can migrate your existing Community login to your T-Mobile ID.


Migrate your login

Link an existing T-Mobile ID

  1. Log into Community using your existing credentials, then click your Profile Picture at the top right to go to your profile page.
  2. Add "#migrate" to the end of the page URL and press enter. It should look like this: https://community.t-mobile.com/people/(Your username)#migrate
  3. Click the Migrate now button towards the bottom left, then log in with your T-Mobile ID.
  4. Once complete, you'll need to use your T-Mobile ID to log in to Community.

Create a new T-Mobile ID

  1. On the T-Mobile ID login page, click Sign up now
  2. Follow the on-screen steps to create a T-Mobile ID. Use your Community email if you can.
    • If you use the same email address you used for Community, everything automatically migrates over.
    • If you don't use the same email, you must follow the steps above to link to an existing T-Mobile ID.
