How to search
Below, you'll find tips and tricks to make searching for content a breeze.
- Navigate to the homepage.
- In the top search bar, use keywords to ask your question.
For example, if I'm having an issue with the volume on my Samsung Galaxy S8, I might use the phrase "Galaxy S8 volume". - The top five search results will automatically populate. Click on a topic to view it.
- To view all search results, click View all.
How to ask a question
- Search for your answer in the T-Mobile Community before posting a question.
- If you are not able to find an answer, click Ask question to the Community.
- Choose if this is a question you need answered or just a conversation about a topic.
- Give your post a sweet title and ask your question in the description.
- Choose the sub-forum that most closely matches your topic.
- Click CREATE and watch the answers roll in.
