What is Verified Business Call (VBC)?
Verified Business Call (VBC) lets you know what company is calling and why. The company name, their brand logo, and/or the reason for the call may be available. This only occurs at the time of the incoming call and may not be available on any missed call logs. Not all companies take advantage of this service.
Android devices can have up to two locations for VBC settings in the latest version, the Android dialer and Visual Voicemail apps, although some legacy users may just see one.

Make sure to adjust the Visual Voicemail settings on your Android device to match.
- In the Phone or Dialer app, choose Settings.
- Choose Verified Business Call. It may be listed under Enriched Calling.
