How is SyncUP TRACKER 2 different from other tracking technologies like Bluetooth?
SyncUP TRACKER 2 offers several advantages over other trackers:

Front
- Power button: Hold for 4 seconds to turn the TRACKER 2 on/off. SOS - Press the button 3 times to send an alert to up to 6 people.
- LED indicator: Displays TRACKER 2 status.
- Light sensor: Detects changes in light.
- Speaker: Audible feedback from the device.
Back
- Lanyard loop: Attach lanyard or key ring here.
- IMEI number: Refer to the number for setup if needed.
- QR code: Scan to pair the TRACKER 2 during set up in the app, or return a lost device.
- USB-C port: Insert USB cable here to charge.
Charging
- Insert the USB charging cable into your TRACKER 2, attach it to the USB-C power adapter (not included), and connect it to a power outlet.
- The LED indicator will be red when charging and solid green when fully charged.
Care and Cleaning
Use a soft, clean cloth and warm water to wipe off the TRACKER 2. While most household cleaners should not stain or damage the device, check on a small area first. The USB-C charging cable and charging block should only be cleared with a dry, clean cloth.
Status Lights
Youre Syncup TRACKER will inform you of status changes with different light colors.
Color | Flash / Solid | Meaning |
Green | Solid for 5 seconds, then turns off | Battery charged 50-100% |
Yellow | Solid for 5 seconds, then turns off | Battery charged 15-50% |
Red | Solid for 5 seconds, then turns off | Battery charge level under 15% |
Red | Flash for 1 second every 6 seconds continuously | Battery level approaching 0%. If not charged, flashing turns off at 0% battery |
Green | Solid when connecte to charger | Battery charge has reached 100% |
None | No light | Standby/ normal operation |
Magenta | Flashes up to 10 times over 20 seconds followed by 3 times in 1 second, then turns off | TRACKER has successfully sent to SOS to T-Life on all phones to which TRACKER has been previously shared |
Magenta | Flashes up to 10 times over 20 seconds, then turns off | TRACKER attempt to send SOS was not successfully delivered |
White | Flash for one second every 2 seconds | Flashing in sync with TRACKER ringtone |

Manage SyncUP TRACKER 2 with T Life app
- The T Life app is required to locate your SyncUP TRACKER 2.
- The app is free and available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.
