Activate the laptop stick
- After installing the Connection Manager, open a Web browser. The browser will automatically access the T-Mobile Mobile Internet Activation page.
- Enter the required activation information and create a PIN number.
- Select Activate device.
- You will see a confirmation page asking you to reconnect to the T-Mobile network.
- Close the browser window and open a new window.
- Create your Mobile Internet account.
Create a No Commitment Mobile Internet account
After activating your laptop stick, follow these steps to create a new Mobile Internet account: Note: This account is specific to your Mobile Internet service and is not the same as any existing account you have created for voice service.
- After activating your laptop stick, open a new Web browser. You will be automatically directed to the T-Mobile No Commitment Mobile Internet account page.
- Create a password, then enter your name and e-mail address.
- Select Continue to purchase or redeem a No Commitment Mobile Internet Pass.
Get a Mobile Internet Pass
Once you have successfully activated your laptop stick and created your No Commitment Mobile Internet account, you can purchase or redeem a Mobile Internet Pass and begin browsing the Internet. Note: In order to browse the Internet, you must first purchase a No Commitment Mobile Internet Pass.
Purchase or refill a No Commitment Mobile Internet Pass
- Log in to your No Commitment Mobile Internet account.
- If necessary, select Manage.
- If necessary, select Purchase a Pass.
- Select your preferred payment option.
- Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.
Redeem a No Commitment Mobile Internet Pass
- Log in to your No Commitment Mobile Internet account.
- If necessary, select Manage.
- If necessary, select Purchase a Pass.
- Select Prepaid card.
- Enter your Prepaid Pass PIN.
- Select Submit.
- Select Redeem to confirm.
- Confirmation Page.
View Data Usage
- Open a Web browser.
- Go to T-Mobile.com and select Login / Sign up.
- Enter the laptop stick’s phone number and password.
- Select Log in.
- Hover your cursor over Manage and select Account status.
- View your data usage on the Web browser.
