Refill a Mobile Internet Pass

To refill a Mobile Internet Pass, follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to your No Commitment Mobile Internet account at my.t-mobile.com.
  2. If necessary, click Manage.
  3. If necessary, click Purchase a Pass.
  4. Select your preferred payment option.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

 

View Data Usage

To view your data usage, follow these steps:

 

  1. Open a Web browser.
  2. Go to T-Mobile.com.
  3. Click Login / Sign up.
  4. Enter the laptop stick’s phone number and password.
  5. Click Log in.
  6. Hover your cursor over Manage and click Account status.
  7. View your data usage on the Web browser.

 

Activate the laptop stick

To activate your laptop stick, follow these steps:

 

  1. After installing the Connection Manager, open a Web browser. The browser will automatically access the T-Mobile Mobile Internet Activation page.
  2. Enter the required activation information and create a PIN number.
  3. Click Activate device.
  4. You will see a confirmation page asking you to reconnect to the T-Mobile network.
  5. Close the browser window and open a new window.
  6. Create your Mobile Internet account.

 

Create a No Commitment Mobile Internet account

After activating your laptop stick, follow these steps to create a new Mobile Internet account:

 

Note: This account is specific to your Mobile Internet service and is not the same as any existing account you have created for voice service.

 

  1. After activating your laptop stick, open a new Web browser. You will be automatically directed to the T-Mobile No Commitment Mobile Internet account page.
  2. Create a password, then enter your name and e-mail address.
  3. Click Continue to purchase or redeem a No Commitment Mobile Internet Pass.

 

Purchase or Redeem a Mobile Internet Pass

Once you have successfully activated your laptop stick and created your No Commitment Mobile Internet account, you can purchase or redeem a Mobile Internet Pass and begin browsing the Internet.

 

Note: In order to browse the Internet, you must first purchase a No Commitment Mobile Internet Pass.

 

Purchase a No Commitment Mobile Internet Pass

To purchase a Mobile Internet Pass, follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to your No Commitment Mobile Internet account at my.t-mobile.com.
  2. If necessary, click Manage.
  3. If necessary, click Purchase a Pass.
  4. Select your preferred payment option.
  5. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete your purchase.

 

Redeem a No Commitment Mobile Internet Pass

To redeem a previously purchased Pass or PIN, follow these steps:

 

  1. Log in to your No Commitment Mobile Internet account at my.t-mobile.com.
  2. If necessary, click Manage.
  3. If necessary, click Purchase a Pass.
  4. Click Prepaid card.
  5. Enter your Prepaid Pass PIN.
  6. Click Submit.
  7. Click Redeem to confirm.
