If you have an iPhone 13, you need to update your software to the latest version for the best possible 5G network experience. If you’re running an older software version, you may connect to LTE when you should get 5G. From the Home screen, choose __Settings__ > __Cellular__ or __Cellular Data__. 2. If you have an iPhone with an eSIM, select the line you're making changes to. 3. Select __Cellular Data Options__, then choose the __Enable LTE__ toggle. 4. If the toggles don't display, select __Voice & Data__ or __Data__ and choose __LTE__. VoLTE 1. From any Home screen, choose __Settings__ > __Cellular or Cellular Data__ > __Cellular Data Options__. 2. If you have an iPhone with an eSIM, select the line you're making changes to. 3. Select __Enable LTE__ and choose __Voice & Data__. Software Update 1. From the Home Screen, choose __Settings__ > __General__ > __Software Update__. 2. If an update is available, select to download and install.   ### Samsung   Steps for Samsung software update or LTE/VoLTE settings Setting Steps LTE 1. Open the __Settings__ app and choose __Mobile Networks__. If it's not there, select __Connections__ first. 2. Select __Network Mode__ and choose an option that says __LTE__. VoLTE 1. Open the __Settings__ app and choose __Connections__ > __Mobile networks__. 2. Slide the __VoLTE calls__ switch to the __ON__ or __OFF__ position. 3. If it's not there open the __Phone__ app, press the __Menu__ icon with three dots, and check in __Settings__. Software Update 1. From the Home screen, choose __Settings__ > __Software update__ > __Download and install__. 2. Select __OK__ > __Start__. When the restart message appears, choose __OK__. 3. Repeat these steps until the device shows you have the latest software version.   ### LG   Steps for LG software update or LTE/VoLTE settings Setting Steps LTE 1. From your apps list, choose __Settings__ > __Network__ > __Mobile networks__. 2. Select __Network mode__ and choose an option that says __LTE__. VoLTE 1. From any home screen, select __Phone__. 2. Choose __Menu__ > __Call settings__. 3. Select the __VoLTE__ switch to turn it on or off. Software Update 1. From the Home screen, choose __Settings__ > __System__ > __Update center__. 2. Select __System update__ > __Check for update__. 3. Follow the on-screen prompts to download and install the latest software update. 4.
