Open the [T-Life app](https://www.t-mobile.com/apps) and select the __Manage__ tab. 2. Choose the device you’re currently using. You must run the troubleshooter on the device that’s experiencing the issue. 3. Select __Troubleshoot this device__ and choose the issue you’re experiencing. 4. Wait while the troubleshooter completes its checks. 5. Review the results of the tests and follow any recommendations, like turning on W-Fi Calling. 6.
