Troubleshoot with T-Life

Learn how T-Life helps you troubleshoot issues with your device and service.

Access Troubleshooting

  1. Open the T-Life app and select the Manage tab.
  2. Choose the device you’re currently using.
    You must run the troubleshooter on the device that’s experiencing the issue.
  3. Select Troubleshoot this device and choose the issue you’re experiencing.
  4. Wait while the troubleshooter completes its checks.
  5. Review the results of the tests and follow any recommendations, like turning on W-Fi Calling.
  6. If you were having issues at a different location:
    • Select Network Check > Check another location.
    • Enter the address where you were experiencing the issue.

What gets checked

  • Account setup and provisioning
  • When the device was last restarted
  • Software version on the device
  • If there were recent outages/issues on towers you connected to
  • If important settings are impacting the device performance, like:
    • 5G
    • Wi-Fi Calling
    • Data roaming
    • Cellular data
    • Airplane mode
    • Battery saver
