On this page:
Access Troubleshooting
- Open the T-Life app and select the Manage tab.
- Choose the device you’re currently using.
You must run the troubleshooter on the device that’s experiencing the issue. - Select Troubleshoot this device and choose the issue you’re experiencing.
- Wait while the troubleshooter completes its checks.
- Review the results of the tests and follow any recommendations, like turning on W-Fi Calling.
- If you were having issues at a different location:
- Select Network Check > Check another location.
- Enter the address where you were experiencing the issue.
What gets checked
- Account setup and provisioning
- When the device was last restarted
- Software version on the device
- If there were recent outages/issues on towers you connected to
- If important settings are impacting the device performance, like:
- 5G
- Wi-Fi Calling
- Data roaming
- Cellular data
- Airplane mode
- Battery saver
