Use these steps to add email accounts on the Samsung Galaxy S8.

Add

  1. From the Home screen, swipe up on an empty spot to open the Apps tray.
  2. Tap Settings > Accounts and backup > Accounts > + Add account.
  3. Select the account type you wish to setup.
  4. Enter your email address and password.
  5. Edit incoming email configuration settings, then tap Next.
  6. Edit outgoing email configuration settings, then tap Next.
  7. Read the Google disclaimer, then tap OK.
  8. Set the email check frequency, retrieval size, and notification options, then tap Next.
  9. Enter an account name (optional), then tap Done.

 

Delete

  1. From the Home screen, swipe up on an empty spot to open the Apps tray.
  2. Tap Settings > Accounts and backup >Accounts.
  3. Select the account type you wish to delete. Tap on the account name or email address.
  4. Tap Menu > Remove account > REMOVE ACCOUNT.
