Back up data on the internal memory. 2. With the device off, press and hold the __Volume Up__ and __Power__ keys. 3. When the device turns on and logo displays, release both keys. 4. Use the __Volume__ keys to highlight *wipe data/factory reset*. 5. Continue using the Volume and Power keys to confirm your choice and agree to data deletion. 6. Wait while your data is deleted. 7. Use the __Volume__ keys to highlight *Reboot system now* and select it with the __Power__ key. 8. Wait for the device to reset.   ### CAT   1. Back up data on the internal memory. 2. Turn off the device. 3. Press and hold the __Power__ key. 4. When the __Android__ logo displays, immediately release the __Power__ key, and simultaneously press and hold the __Volume down__ key. 5. An 'Installing system update' message may show briefly before the Android Recovery menu options appear. 6. Press the __Volume down__ key several times to highlight __Wipe data / factory reset__, then press the __Power__ key. 7. Press the __Volume down__ key several times to highlight __YES__, then press the __Power__ key. 8. When the process is complete, __Reboot system now__ is highlighted. 9. Press the __Power__ key to restart the device.   ### Google   1. Back up data on the internal memory. 2. Turn off the device. 3. Press and hold the __Volume down__ and __Power__ keys at the same time. 4. When you get the triangle with an exclamation point and __Fastboot__, release both keys. 5. If you get an exclamation point and the words __No Command__, hold the __Power__ key and press __Volume Up__ key, then release both. 6. Use the volume keys to highlight *Wipe data/factory reset*, then press the __Power__ key. 7. Use the volume keys to highlight *Yes*, then press the __Power__ key. Wait while your information is deleted. 8. Use the volume keys to highlight *Reboot system now*, then press the __Power__ key   ### LG   1. Back up data on the internal memory. 2. Turn off the device. 3. Press and hold the __Power/Lock__ key and the __Volume Down__ key at the same time. 4. When the LG logo appears, quickly release and then re-hold the __Power/Lock__ key while continuing to hold the __Volume Down__ key. 5. When 'Factory data reset' appears, use the __Volume Down__ key to highlight *Yes*. 6. Press the __Power/Lock__ key to select. 7. When prompted to "Erase all user data and restore default settings," use the __Volume Down__ key to highlight __Yes__. 8. Press the __Power/Lock__ key to select and reset the device.   ### Motorola / moto   1. Back up data on the internal memory. 2. Turn off the device. 3. Press and hold the __Volume down__ key and the __Power__ key at the same time until the phone turns on. 4. Release the __Power__ key but continue to hold the __Volume down__ key until the Recovery screen appears. 5. Use the __Volume__ keys to highlight __RECOVERY MODE.__ 6. Press and hold the __Power__ key. While holding it down, press the __Volume Up__ key, then release both keys. 7. Use the __Volume__ keys to highlight *Userdata + personalized content* and press the __Power__ key to select it. 8. Use the __Volume__ keys to highlight *Reboot system now* and press the __Power__ key to select it.   ### Nokia   1. Back up data on the internal memory. 2. Turn off the device. 3. Press and hold the __Volume down__ key and the __Power__ key at the same time until the phone turns on. 4. Release the key when the 'Recovery' screen appears. 5. Press the __Volume down__ key twice to highlight 'Recovery mode'. 6. Press the __Power__ key to start recovery mode. 7. Use the volume keys to scroll to 'Wipe data/factory rest' and press the __Power__ key to select it. 8. Press the __Volume down__ key to highlight 'Factory data reset' and press the __Power__ key to select it. 9. Use the volume keys to scroll to 'Reboot system now' and press the __Power__ key to select it. If your phone becomes unresponsive at any point during these steps, you can restart it by holding down the __Power__ key for several seconds.   ### OnePlus   1. Press and hold the __Volume down__ and __Power__ key at the same time. 2. When the OnePlus logo appears, release the __Power__ key, but continue holding the __Volume down__ key. 3. At the Password screen, enter the __Password__ or __PIN__ number that you use to unlock your device. When done, select __Ok__. 4. Choose __English,__ __Wipe data and cache,__ __Reset everything (Music, pics, etc)__. 5. Select __This cannot be undone, continue?__, then choose __Reboot__ to restart your phone.   ### Samsung   1. Back up data on the internal memory. 2. If you have signed into a Samsung account on the device, you have activated Anti-theft and will need your Samsung credentials to finish the master reset. 3. With the device off, press and hold the __Volume Up__ key first, then the __Side__ key. Continue holding while the device powers on. 4. When the Android logo displays, release all keys and wait until you get the Android system recovery menu options. 5. Press __Volume down__ to highlight *Wipe data / factory reset*, then press __Side__ key to select it. 6. Continue using the __Volume down__ and __Side__ keys to confirm your choice and agree to data deletion. 7. When complete, highlight *Reboot system now* with the __Volume down__ key and select it with the __Side__ key.   ### T-Mobile   1. Back up data on the internal memory. 2. With the device off, press and hold the __Volume up__ key, then press and hold the __Power__ key at the same time until the phone turns on. 3.
