Learn how to block calls, set or cancel call forwarding, and manage caller ID and the call log on the LG Aristo 2 PLUS.

Block calls

Phone menu

  1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
  2. Tap Menu > Call settings > Call blocking & Decline with message > Blocked numbers.
  3. Tap + add icon.
  4. Select one of the following:
    • Contacts  > Select the desired contact, then tap Done.
      • Call logs > Select the desired call log entry, then tap Done.
        • New number > Enter the phone number, then tap Save.

        Android version 8.0.0

        1. From any home screen, swipe left to locate and tap Settings.
        2. Select the Network tab or scroll to and tap Network & internet > Call > Call blocking & Decline with message > Blocked numbers.
        3. Tap + add icon.
        4. Select one of the following:
          • Contacts
            • Select the desired contact, then tap Done.
          • Call logs
            • Select the desired call log entry, then tap Done.
          • New number
            • Enter the phone number, then tap Save

        Android version 7.1.2

        1. From any home screen, swipe left to locate and tap Settings.
        2. Select Networks tab or scroll to WIRELESS NETWORKS > tap Call > Call blocking & Decline with message > Blocked numbers.
        3. Tap + add icon.
        4. Select one of the following:
          • Contacts > Select the desired contact, then tap Done.
            • Call logs > Select the desired call log entry, then tap Done.
              • New number > Enter the phone number, then tap Save

              Unblock calls

              1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
              2. Tap Menu  > Call settings > Call blocking & Decline with message > Blocked numbers.
              3. Tap the trash can, select the numbers you want to unblock, then tap REMOVE.

              1. From any home screen, swipe left to locate and tap Settings.
              2. Select the Network tab or scroll to and tap Network & internet > Call > Call blocking & Decline with message > Blocked numbers.
              3. Tap the trash can, select the numbers you want to unblock, then tap REMOVE.

              Android version 7.1.2

              1. From any home screen, swipe left to locate and tap Settings.
              2. Select Networks tab or scroll to WIRELESS NETWORKS > tap Call > Call blocking & Decline with message > Blocked numbers.
              3. Tap the trash can, select the numbers you want to unblock, then tap REMOVE.

              Call forwarding unconditional

              Call Forwarding Unconditional (CFU) immediately forwards all calls to another phone number without allowing the device to ring.

              1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
              2. Tap Menu > Call settings > More > Call forwarding.
              3. Tap Always forward.
              4. Enter the phone number you want to forward calls to.
              5. To select a number from a saved contact, tap the Contacts icon.
              6. Tap TURN ON.

              Call forwarding conditional

              Call Forwarding Conditional (CFC) forwards incoming calls to another phone number if you do not or cannot answer them (no reply, busy, unavailable).

              1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
              2. Tap Menu > Call settings > MORE > Call forwarding.
              3. Under FORWARD IF, select from the following:
                • Busy
                • Unanswered
                • Unreachable
              4. If necessary, edit the phone number you want to forward calls to.
              5. To select a number from a saved contact, tap the Contacts icon.
              6. Tap TURN ON.

              Cancel call forwarding

              1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
              2. Tap Menu > Call settings > MORE > Call forwarding.
              3. Tap Always forward.
              4. Tap TURN OFF.

              Caller ID settings

              1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
              2. Tap Menu > Call settings > More > Additional settings.
              3. Tap Caller ID, then choose an option:
                • Network default
                • Hide number
                • Show number

              Reset call log

              1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
              2. Tap Call logs.
              3. Tap Menu > Clear all.
              4. Tap CLEAR.

              View call log

              Call logs may approximate the amount of time you have spent on phone calls, but they do not accurately show how much time T-Mobile bills.

              1. From any home screen, tap Phone.
              2. Tap Call logs.
              3. Tap a call to view more details.
