Account Hub: Upgrade A Device

Use this page to upgrade a device in the T-Mobile for Business Account Hub.

 

Upgrade

  1. Log in to Account Hub and go to Shop to select an account.
  2. Select Upgrades for active account if you have multiple accounts.
  3. Select the check box by the line(s) you want to upgrade.
  4. Choose your purchase option either financing or full price.
  5. Make appropriate device variation selections, including storage size, color, etc.
  6. Select or decline device protection and review the purchase summary and select Add to Cart.
  7. Select any accessories and then choose Add to Cart or select Go to cart.
  8. Select Check out now.
  9. To complete the order, select Edit to enter shipping and payment details.
  10. Review and accept the Terms & Conditions, then select Agree and Submit
  11. Add device protection within 30-days of activating, if not added on the day of order, by passing a visual inspection at a T-Mobile store.
