Redeem a promotion

  1. Log in to Account Hub and go to Manage Accounts to select the desired account if you have multiple accounts to choose from.
  2. Select the Promotion Redemption link to connect to the Promotion redemption website Promotions.t-mobile.com.

 

Visit the Account Hub User Management page if you cannot complete these steps, as you may need more permissions from your Account Admin or Business Owner.
