Ticket type

As a case creator, you can submit 3 ticket types.

  • IoT Connectivity: data issues
  • Control Center Portal: automation, SIM’s, and reporting or billing questions
  • API access

Create a case

  1. Log in to Control Center and select Help or contact our Advanced Technical Support group at 1-877-236-8008.
  2. Select Service Provider Support and Open a Support Ticket.
  3. Fill out the requested information and submit the ticket.
