Control Center SIM mangament

Manage your Control Center subscription, device sessions, data usage, and run SIM diagnostics.

SIM management

  1. Log in to Control Center and go to Devices.
  2. Select Device List.
  3. Sort the columns according to the desired data view and select the column headers for additional data options.
  4. View the following:
    • Details of the subscription such as SIM status, account name, IMSI, ICCID, IMEI, MSISDN and rate plan.
    • Static IP.
    • Current device sessions.
    • Usage data.
    • Change SIM status or rate plan.
    • Run diagnostics on a SIM.

Allows a device to establish a data connection and use services defined by the contract limit. After the limit is reached, SIM moves to Activation Ready.

Process batch updates

  1. Log in to Control Center and go to Devices.
  2. Select Actions and Export to download your SIM list.
  3. In the exported Excel file, select the ICCID column header and select the TEXT option to retain correct data formatting.
  4. Delete any unnecessary columns.
  5. Enter the appropriate data to sheet.
    • For example, to update the billing cost center, enter it in the Device ID column next to the corresponding SIM ICCID.
  6. Save as an Excel file when your updates are complete.
  7. Go to Devices and select Batch Update from the left navigation.
  8. Select Actions and Upload File.
  9. Choose your file and select Ok.
