Manage your Control Center subscription, device sessions, data usage, and run SIM diagnostics.
On this page:
SIM management
- Log in to Control Center and go to Devices.
- Select Device List.
- Sort the columns according to the desired data view and select the column headers for additional data options.
- View the following:
- Details of the subscription such as SIM status, account name, IMSI, ICCID, IMEI, MSISDN and rate plan.
- Static IP.
- Current device sessions.
- Usage data.
- Change SIM status or rate plan.
- Run diagnostics on a SIM.
SIM statuses
Status | Connection available | Billable | Details |
Test Ready | Yes | No | Allows a device to establish a data connection and use services defined by the contract limit. After the limit is reached, SIM moves to Activation Ready. |
Activation Ready | Yes | Upon connection | Once a data session is established, the SIM automatically moves to Activated. |
Activated | Yes | Yes | Establish data and is billable. |
Deactivated | No | Only if commitment is reached | SIM is inactive and not billable. |
Retired | No | No | Similar to cancellation, SIM is removed from the network and ready to be offboarded. |
Process batch updates
- Log in to Control Center and go to Devices.
- Select Actions and Export to download your SIM list.
- In the exported Excel file, select the ICCID column header and select the TEXT option to retain correct data formatting.
- Delete any unnecessary columns.
- Enter the appropriate data to sheet.
- For example, to update the billing cost center, enter it in the Device ID column next to the corresponding SIM ICCID.
- Save as an Excel file when your updates are complete.
- Go to Devices and select Batch Update from the left navigation.
- Select Actions and Upload File.
- Choose your file and select Ok.
