View bill and invoice reports
- Log in to Control Center
- Select Billing and Invoices.
- Clicking on the paperclip icon will download the PDF of the overall invoice for the billing period.
- Clicking on the Invoice ID number can take you to detailed breakdowns of the following:
- Rate plan subscriptions.
- Devices (shows each ICC ID and additional details about the lines billed).
- Rate Plan Zones.
- Data Details.
- SMS Detail.
- Other options are available but may not be applicable to your Control Center instance.
