Use this page to update a SIM card number in Account Hub.
Change a SIM card
- Log in to Account Hub and go to Manage Accounts to select the desired account to change the SIM card for.
- From the Manage Lines tab, select the three dots for the desired line and select Change SIM.
- Select Yes to verify your identity using email or Google Authenticator when prompted.
- From the Manage Lines tab, select the three dots for the desired line and select Change SIM. The Change SIM window appears.
- Enter and confirm the new SIM card number, then select a reason for change.
- Select Submit change. You will receive a transaction number which can be confirmed on the Transaction History page.
Visit the Account Hub User Management page if you cannot complete these steps, as you may need more permissions from your Account Admin or Business Owner.
