Review and manage orders in the T-Mobile for Business Account Hub.
On this page:
View order history
- Log in to Account Hub.
- Go to Shop. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
- Select Order History and select an action (view order details, export previously placed orders, or order again).
View order status
- Log in to Account Hub.
- Go to Shop. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
- From the Order History tab, select View order details on the desired order number.
- You can print the order details or simply view the order information displayed.
- You can see the order number and status bar indicating if the order has been authorized, shipped, or is pending.
- If the order has shipped, the tracking number can be selected to view the order shipping status.
- To protect against theft, shipments of high value items may require a signature upon delivery. Review Signature delivery details for more information.
View an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) agreement
- Log in to Account Hub.
- Go to Shop. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
- From the Order History tab, select View order details on the desired order number.
- Select Download agreement under Payment Method.
If you’re unable to perform the steps on this page, visit the Account Hub user management page as your profile permissions may need to be updated by your Account Admin or Business Owner.
