Account Hub is an online self-service portal and account management tool for business customers. Use these steps for help with orders.

 

View order history

  1. Log into Account Hub.
  2. Go to Shop.
  3. Click Order History and select an action (export previously placed orders, order again, or view order details).

 

View order status

  1. Log into Account Hub.
  2. Go to Shop.
  3. From the Order History tab, click View order details on the desired order number.
    • You can print the order status or simply view the order information displayed.
    • You can see the order number and status bar indicating if the order has been authorized, shipped, or is pending.
    • If the order has shipped, the tracking number can be clicked on to view the order shipping status.

 

View an Equipment Installment Plan (EIP) agreement

  1. Log into Account Hub.
  2. Go to Shop.
  3. From the Order History tab, click View order details on the desired order number.
  4. Click Download agreement under Payment Method.
