Use these Account Hub steps to make service changes to your T-Mobile for Business account.
On this page:
Change services
- Log in to Account Hub.
- Go to Manage Accounts. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
- From the Manage Lines tab, select the three dots for the desired line and select Change service. The Change Services window appears.
- Select or deselect the active service(s) you'd like to add or remove.
- Select Review changes.
- Review the changes and select the checkbox to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
- Select Submit changes. You'll receive a transaction number, which can be viewed on the Transaction History page.
Block or unblock international services
- Log in to Account Hub.
- Go to Manage Accounts. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
- From the Manage Lines tab, select the line you want to change the service preference on and then select the number.
- Within the Plans & Services tab, select the toggle on/off option for Block Stateside International Calling or Block Data on International Roaming.
- Select Confirm to submit your changes.
If you’re unable to perform the steps on this page, visit the Account Hub User Management page as your profile permissions may need to be updated by your Account Admin or Business Owner.
