Use these Account Hub steps to make service changes to your T-Mobile for Business account.

Change services

  1. Log in to Account Hub and go to Manage Accounts to select the desired account if you have multiple accounts.
  2. From the Manage Lines tab, select the three dots for the desired line and select Change service. The Change Services window appears.
  3. Select or deselect the active service(s) you'd like to add or remove. Select Review changes.
  4. Review the changes and select the checkbox to agree to the Terms and Conditions.
  5. Select  Submit changes and receive a transaction number, which can be viewed on the Transaction History page.

 

Block or unblock international services

  1. Log in to Account Hub and go to Manage Accounts to select the desired account if you have multiple accounts.
  2. From the Manage Lines tab, select the line you want to change the service preference on and then select the number.
  3. Within the Plans & Services tab, select the toggle on/off option for Block Stateside International Calling or Block Data on International Roaming. 
  4. Select Confirm to submit your changes. 

 

Auto Deploy and Enable Bill to BAN

Use these steps so Authorized Users to Enable Auto Deploy Block Auto Deploy.or Enable Bill to BAN at a line level.

  1. Log in to  Account Hub.
  2. Go to Manage Accounts. If you have multiple accounts, select the desired account.
  3. From the Manage Lines tab, select the line you want to change the service preference on and then select the number.
  4. Within the Plans & Services tab, Select International Data Passes
  5. Choose either Enable Auto Deploy Block Auto Deploy or Enable Bill to BAN and toggle on or off.
  6. Select Confirm to submit your changes.

Enable Auto Deploy – The International Pass Auto Enroll feature enables the Account Holder to enroll a specific line with the Automatic International Data Pass deployment functionality.

  • Block Auto Deploy – The Block International Pass Auto Enroll sub feature enables the Account Holder to block enroll a specific line with the Automatic International Data Pass deployment functionality.
  • Enable Bill to BAN – The International Pass Bill to Account feature enables the Account Holder to allow a specific line to select “bill to account” when purchasing an International Data Pass.
  • Select Confirm to submit your changes.

Turn on or turn off SIM protection

  1. Log in to Account Hub and go to Manage Accounts to select the desired account if you have multiple accounts.
  2. From the Manage Lines tab, select the three dots for the desired line and select the SIM protection preference.
  3. Request and validate one-time PIN.
  4. Select the three dots for the desired line and select the SIM protection preference.
  5. Confirm transaction and receive a transaction number, which can be viewed on the Transaction History page.

Turn on or turn off port protection

  1. Log in to Account Hub and go to Manage Accounts to select the desired account if you have multiple accounts.
  2. From the Manage Lines tab, select the three dots for the desired line and the Port Out Protection preference.
  3. Request and validate one-time PIN.
  4. Select the three dots for the desired line and select the Port Out Protection preference.
  5. Confirm transaction and receive a transaction number, which can be viewed on the Transaction History page.

 

Visit the Account Hub User Management page if you cannot complete these steps, as you may need more permissions from your Account Admin or Business Owner.
