Current promotions can be viewed in the app or online by the Primary Account Holder (PAH). Check online permissions to manage line permissions.

T-Mobile app
For consumer or business accounts with 20 or fewer lines:
- Log in to the app.
- Select “BILL” at the bottom of the screen.
- Go to the bottom and select “My promotions.”
- View each line for details. If no promotion is present, it will state that.
T-Mobile.com
For consumer or business accounts with 20 or fewer lines:
- Log into T-Mobile.com.
- Select “Bill & pay” at the top of the page.
- Go to bottom and select “My promotions.”
- View each line for details. If no promotion is present, it will state that.
Business accounts with 21+ lines
At this time, business accounts with 21+ lines do not have a self-service option for viewing active promotions. Please log in to your account and contact us for a list of your active promotions.
