Only the Primary Account Holder (PAH) can view promotions for other lines on the account.

 

Personal accounts

My T-Mobile

Business accounts with 20 or fewer lines, follow these steps as well:

  1. Go to My T-Mobile and log in to your account.
  2. Click ACCOUNT.
  3. Scroll to and click View your promotions. Your active recurring device credit promotions will be listed.
  4. Click a promotions to see more details.

T-Mobile app

Business accounts with 20 or fewer lines, follow these steps as well:

  1. Open the T-Mobile app and if prompted, log in with your T-Mobile ID.
  2. Scroll down the Home screen to see your promotions.

 

Business accounts with 21+ lines

At this time, business accounts with 21+ lines do not have a self-service option for viewing active promotions. Please contact us for a list of your active promotions.
