Current promotions can be viewed in the app or online by the Primary Account Holder (PAH). Check online permissions to manage line permissions.

For consumer or business accounts with 20 or fewer lines:

  1. Log in to the app. 
  2. Select “BILL” at the bottom of the screen.
  3. Go to the bottom and select “My promotions.”
  4. View each line for details. If no promotion is present, it will state that.

T-Mobile.com

For consumer or business accounts with 20 or fewer lines:

  1. Log into T-Mobile.com.
  2. Select “Bill & pay” at the top of the page.
  3. Go to bottom and select “My promotions.”
  4. View each line for details. If no promotion is present, it will state that. 

 

Business accounts with 21+ lines

At this time, business accounts with 21+ lines do not have a self-service option for viewing active promotions. Please log in to your account and contact us for a list of your active promotions.
