Select the Project 10Million program you’re applying for. 2. Upload clear photos or scans of your proof (documents, cards, or letters). 3. Upload up to three files (PNG, JPG, JPEG, or PDF). Each file must be 9MB or less. - After you apply, you’ll have seven days to complete the required verification form that will be sent to the email associated with your account, so your device can ship. - If your documents don’t qualify, you’ll have up to three upload attempts during those seven days. ### Upload tips before you submit - Photos or scans must be well lit, in focus, and easy to read. - Do not crop out names, dates, or school or program names. - Documents must be from the current school year, issued within the past year, or not expired. - The parent or guardian name on the photo ID must exactly match the name on the Project 10Million application. - For CEP, the school listed on your document must match the CEP school selected in your application. - Screenshots or PDFs from school or benefits portals are accepted. - If the parent or guardian name does not appear on the school or benefits document, upload a valid photo ID. - If something doesn’t match, review your application details before uploading new documents. - Student ID cards and blurry images are not accepted. - On Apple devices, set your camera to __Most Compatible__ in Settings before uploading. ### Program-specific verification requirements When completing your application, select the eligibility program that matches the documents you plan to upload.   ### CEP verification   __Upload:__ - A school eligibility letter or report card from the current school year - A valid parent or guardian photo ID (driver’s license or state ID card) __The school document must:__ - Show the school name - Show the program name - Match the CEP school selected in your application - Be issued within the past year or not expired __The parent or guardian photo ID must:__ - Be valid - Show a first and last name that exactly matches the Project 10Million application If the school document does not include the parent or guardian’s name, a photo ID is required.   ### FDPIR verification   __Upload:__ - An FDPIR eligibility letter (paper copy, email, or portal confirmation) - A valid parent or guardian photo ID __Documents must:__ - Be issued within the past year or not expired - Show the program name The photo ID must be valid, and the name must exactly match the name on the Project 10Million application.   ### Medicaid verification   __Upload one of the following:__ - Medicaid eligibility letter - State Medicaid card __The document must:__ - Be issued within the past year or not expired - Show the program name (Medicaid) - Include the first and last name of the parent or guardian applying If uploading a Medicaid card, it must be a state Medicaid card. The program allows only one hotspot device per household.   ### How do I verify my email to ship out my hotspot device for Project 10Million?   1. Open your email associated with your P10M application and look for subject line *Get free internet from T-Mobile*. 2. Check your spam or junk folder if you don’t see it in your inbox. 3. Follow the instructions in the email to verify your email address. 4. Complete the verification to trigger shipment of your hotspot device.   ### When should I expect to receive my device?   Check your emails for shipment status (Check both your Inbox and SPAM folders). If you have not received your shipment details within seven days, call 1-877-PRJ-10MN for further assistance.   ### What is the Project 10Million resubmission process?   1. Check your email (including your spam or junk folder) for a message from SheerID requesting updated or additional documentation. 2. Review the email for the reason your documentation was not accepted and what is required for resubmission. 3. Gather the correct and complete documentation based on the guidance provided by SheerID or review the requirements for each program above in __Proof of eligibility__. 4. Use the link or upload instructions in the email to submit your updated documentation. 5. Submit your documentation within seven days of your application. Open the Wi-Fi settings on the device you want to connect. 2. Select your hotspot’s name from the list of available networks. 3. Enter the Wi-Fi password printed on the IMPORTANT INFORMATION card inside your box. #### Manage your hotspot Use the hotspot manager to access, monitor, and customize your device settings. 1.
