View your plan

T-Mobile.com

  1. Log in to your T-Mobile.com account.
  2. Click ACCOUNT.

T-Mobile app

  1. Open the app. 
  2. Select ACCOUNT
  3. Go to Plans and usage details.
  4. View your current plan.

Change your plan

T-Mobile.com

  1. Log in to your T-Mobile.com account.
  2. Click ACCOUNT.
  3. Click your plan.
  4. Click Manage my plan.
  5. Follow the prompts to change your plan.

T-Mobile app

  1. Open the T-Mobile app, and log in.
  2. Tap ACCOUNT.
  3. Tap Plan and usage details.
  4. Scroll down and tap Manage my plan.
  5. Compare plans by selecting different options in the Choose this plan drop down.
  6. Once you've compared plans and made your selection tap Select plan.
