Change your settings for marketing communications from T-Mobile for the following:
- Text or call my phone
- Send me email
- Receive monthly T-Mobile Newsletter
- Mail to my billing address
- Language preference.
- By default, T-Mobile will always send notifications when you are approaching the talk, text, or data limits on your own line.
- Primary account holders can set notification preferences when other lines on the account are approaching usage limits.
Change your settings to manage reporting & analytics data.
- Open the marketing email we sent to your inbox.
- Select the unsubscribe option in the email message.
- Update your preferences.
