You can give your lines preferred names to help you tell who uses which line.

Personal accounts
You can log in to T-Mobile.com and update the name assigned to each line as the the Primary Account Holder (PAH) on the account.
- Log into your T-Mobile.com account.
- Select your name at the top right or My Account
- Select Profile.
- Select Line Settings.
- Select Preferred name.
- Enter the name.
- Select Save.
Business accounts (21+ lines)
For business accounts with 20 lines or fewer, you manage your lines as a personal account holder does. Click the button above to change lines preferred name.
- Log in to your T-Mobile.com account.
- Select Your Profile
- Go to Customer information.
- Update the name
- Select Save.
