You can give your lines nicknames to help you tell who uses which line.
If you’re the Primary Account Holder (PAH) on the account, you can log in to My T-Mobile and update the name assigned to each line.
For business accounts with 20 lines or fewer, you manage your lines as a personal account holder does. Click the button above to change line nicknames.
- Log in to My T-Mobile.
- Click Your Profile > Customer information.
- Update the name and click Save.
