These guys deserve more than 5 stars. Amber the manager and the two employees working day time on 04/09 (sorry I never got your names) are seriously the best. I can't see how anyone says their rude (at least the people I had) because I was greeted with a friendly smile, came in with a complex problem, and it was solved in mere minutes. Despite a small rush starting after I came in, all 3 of them kept their composure and maintained their friendly attitude throughout. They didn't rush me either which in my experience is rare these days. So I genuinely appreciate everything and not only did you get me out of my awful Verizon contract at half price, you've at least earned my business for the long term.
