After disappointing calls to the T-Mobile customer care on the phone trying to straighten up my bills, I gave the benefit of the doubt by visiting this store where I originally signed up for T-Mobile plan. Ellie was very kind and trying to help by calling on my behalf but the T-Mobile customer care system was down, she told me to come back the next day. Janet R was helping me the next day. She was wonderful and my problem with T-Mobile bills was resolved in less than 1hr. I even witnessed how she helped out the customer before me. She put herself in the customer’s position. Keep up the good work. Side note: It seems that the customer care support call center needs to be retrained to meet the high standards, not all of them are helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate.
